You can listen to the presentation on your computer's speakers, or use your telephone to call a special number to get the sound for the webinar. If you use the speakers on your computer or phone, several people can participate at the same time for the same low fee.
Getting the maximum value from a webinar
In order to get the maximum value for your webinar attendance, we encourage you to train several people in your office at the same time. Collections is a team effort, and it's great to have all team members cross trained.
Consider inviting other offices to join you. Maybe they will help share the expenses. Let each office take turns in hosting the event. Consider having a potluck lunch, or having the host office provide food. Set aside time before or after the webinar to discuss the topic. These webinars are great refresher courses for the experienced collector, and great training tools for your new employees.
