We'll talk about what information you need to gather, and what needs to be in your financial disclosure. In addition, we'll talk about making it easy for people to contact you or to pay you, and also what you can do to collect from people without losing them as patients.

Collections Fundamentals - Wednesday, September 15 - In this webinar, we'll talk about the building blocks of a successful collections program, including knowing which accounts you need to collect first, when to use letters and when to use phone calls, what you should say in your letters or on the phone, how to get people to open your letters, phone messages, documenting your collection efforts, account follow-up, and a suggested time table on when to do what.

Collections Tools & Techniques - Wednesday, September 29 - In this webinar, we'll go over the collection techniques the successful collector uses in collecting their accounts. This includes how to find missing people, how to handle returned checks, collecting from your friends and relatives, collecting really old accounts, and people who keep the insurance money.

Webinar attendance

If you've never attended an online webinar before, you'll find they're easy to use. Two days before the webinar, you will receive an email with your unique website link. This link can be used for a single computer log in. About 10 minutes before the webinar starts, open a new browser session, and go to the unique website link emailed to you. You can listen to the presentation on your computer's speakers, or use your telephone to call a special number to get the sound for the webinar. If you use the speakers on your computer or phone, several people can participate at the same time for the same low fee.

Registration process & deadlines

Confirmations are emailed by the next business day after received.

Webinar instructions, unique sign-in weblinks, powerpoint handouts & other purchased items are emailed 2 business days before the webinar.

Registration deadline: 24 hours before the webinar. Because of the time needed to process the registration, create unique weblinks, email instructions, etc., registrations received after that time will not be given access to the webinar.

Refund policy: If you cancel by 1pm Pacific Time 3 business days before the webinar, you will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations after that time.
