  • Accept checks by phone or fax - your patients provide their bank information, and you prepare the checks for deposit. No signature required.

  • Assist patients who "forget" their checkbook - if you've kept a copy of a previous check, you'll have the information handy to create the check.

  • Create patient payments for payment plans or co-pays - your patients can give you written permission to make their payments (sample forms are included in the seminar handouts). You create the checks & deposit them when the payments are due, giving you control over the payment plan. Check information is stored, making repeat payments easy to process.
